The information and exercise guidance provided by Fit Enough Mum (including all programs, videos, PDFs, emails, social content and downloadable resources) is intended for general educational and fitness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or individualised exercise prescription.
1. Not Personalised Advice
All workouts and programs are designed as general fitness programs for adults with no known health conditions. They are not tailored to your individual needs, injuries, pregnancy/postpartum status, or medical history.
If you require personalised guidance, please consult a qualified personal trainer (Cert IV), physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, women's health physio, or medical practitioner.
2. Medical Clearance Required
Before beginning any Fit Enough Mum program, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure you are medically safe to participate in physical exercise.
You should seek medical clearance if you:
Are pregnant or recently postpartum
Have had a C-section, pelvic floor concerns, or abdominal separation
Have injuries, musculoskeletal concerns or chronic pain
Have cardiovascular, metabolic or respiratory conditions
Are taking medication that affects your heart rate, balance or exercise tolerance
Have been advised by a doctor to avoid certain movements or exercises
If at any time you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, or experience unusual pain, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
3. Exercise at Your Own Risk
By choosing to follow any Fit Enough Mum program or workout, you acknowledge that:
Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury
You participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk
You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and modifying movements as needed
Fit Enough Mum, its owner(s) and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law.
4. Postnatal Considerations
Postnatal clients should:
Wait at least 6 weeks after vaginal birth or 8–12 weeks after C-section (unless medically cleared earlier)
Be assessed by a doctor or women's health physiotherapist before beginning exercise
Stop immediately if experiencing pelvic heaviness, bulging, doming, urinary leakage, or pain
Our postnatal workouts are general guidance only and not a substitute for assessment, rehab or treatment.
5. No Guarantees
Individual results vary. We cannot guarantee specific fitness or body composition outcomes. Your progress depends on your consistency, effort, nutrition, lifestyle and individual circumstances.
6. Contact Your Health Professional for Advice
Always seek the advice of your doctor, physiotherapist or healthcare provider with any questions you may have about your health, injuries or suitability for exercise.
If you are unsure whether a Fit Enough Mum program is right for you, please obtain professional advice before starting.
